If you’ve been a long-time reader of our blog, you’ve probably seen some of our team spotlights. We love talking about the great people who make our team great. We realized, though, that it might be time to introduce you to TOC as a company.

We’re more than just a logistics company. We provide a whole range of solutions, all while putting our customers first and operating like a family. Keep reading to learn more.

It’s All in a Name

One of the questions we get asked most often is what TOC stands for. The letters (and our company) stand for Transparency, Optimization, and Collaboration. Those three values guide what we do every single day.

Why? Because these three values help make sure we stay focused on our customers, our team, and our culture. If we’re transparent, focus on optimization, and do it collaboratively, then we know we’re building the road to success.

A Wide Range of Services

The bulk of our work is within the automotive industry, but we work with customers in various  other industries as well. In fact, when asked what TOC does, our General Manager, Jennifer Coulter-Lissman, says, “What does TOC do? It is a travel agent for cargo.”

She also explains it a bit more in depth. “TOC Logistics, from a high-level view, provides supply chain solutions for any particular client base supply chain, whether it’s automotive, medical, aerospace…from supplier pickup to delivering to the manufacturing facility to feeding a production line.”

A Family Environment

Our team focuses on working hard for the customer. We want to provide the best possible service at any given moment. In order to do that, we also spent a lot of time making sure our culture is positive.

“I am trying to describe TOC in three words,” says Luis Quibrera, the TOC Mexico Country Manager. “It’s very difficult, but I feel like for me, in that special moment of my life, it’s commitment, it’s a journey, and it’s fun.”
