Gary Cardenas

President

Gary Cardenas is an accomplished logistics management professional with nearly thirty years of increasing responsibility in the International/Domestic logistics industry. He has a strong background in operating environments and is proficient in establishing continuous improvement processes and quality-based problem-solving.

He also has a keen understanding of, and can effectively penetrate, internal and external business practices and industrial processes to maximize revenues, improve operations, and strengthen business relationships.

Gary started TOC in 2011 with the foundation of providing innovative concepts and added-value services in the logistics field to achieve customer satisfaction.

 

Jennifer Lissman

General Manager

Jennifer Lissman, General Manager, has been with TOC Logistics since the fall of 2013. She has been in the transportation industry for more than 18 years, with 16 of those years focused on international logistics and supply chain management.

Her ability to dominate relationship building within worldwide logistics solutions by procuring connections and expanding reach has been the key to her success.

Jennifer is recognized for her expertise in talent attraction, retention, training and development, leadership, and business optimization. Jennifer is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of TOC Logistics’ organizational strategies, goals, policies and all areas of day-to-day workings.

 

Anne Brouwer

Director of Operations

As a graduate of the Weller International Business School in Paris, France, Anne is highly skilled and experienced in all phases of international supply chain management. Anne started her career in the early 90’s in France and has since made the jump to working in the industry here in the United States.

Her career in managing both sides of freight gives her a well-rounded and robust understanding of clients’ needs and objectives.

 

Michael Klage

Solutions Manager

Michael has more than 12 years of experience in international logistics. Michael brings forth unique and innovative ideas to solve complex international supply chain problems. He has a proven track record of success designing consolidation programs across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, and driving them to maximum efficiency.

Throughout his career, he has worked in all aspects of the service sector, including domestic and international operations management, accounting, pricing, and procurement.

Michael’s work and dedication to bringing “true” value-adds to those that he works with has generated sizable cost savings for many of TOC’s clients.
