That’s more than obvious when you get to know Sacha Budd, one of our International Specialists. We sat down with her to learn all about her favorite parts of the TOC Logistics family.
Working with a Family
Sacha’s favorite part about working at TOC Logistics is that it seems like we’re one big family. “If you’re having a bad day, there’s always at least one person that you can talk to, just to get you through the day,” she says.
We pride ourselves on that value. From the start, we designed TOC Logistics to be an inclusive and welcoming place to come to work. Sacha embodies that value, too, by being there for the others on her team and for the clients she works with.
Supporting Each Other
We know the importance of a team who has each other’s backs, but we also strive to make sure to push each other to be the best we can be. When you need assistance, all you need to do is reach out to someone and they are eager to help in any way they can.
As Sacha puts it, “There’s always an opportunity for you to get help, and if you speak out, it’s always given to you right away for you to better yourself and better your career.”
A Truly Unique Team
In case you didn’t know, TOC stands for Transparency, Optimization, and Collaboration. But we don’t just leave it there. We like to challenge our team members to come up with three other words that they think fit our organization and its culture.
