COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS

International shipping is anything but simple. Fortunately our team is full of experts who understand the ins and outs of importing your cargo. Learn about our import services by clicking the arrows below.

Air Imports

In 2019, air freight was responsible for 61.3 million metric tons of cargo. That’s why understanding the air transport industry is our job. We make sure you have all the facts and data to make informed logistics decisions. Our team works with our partners to provide competitive rates and reliable solutions. Plus, once your imports have made it into the country, we offer domestic air freight to and from all United States airports. We’ll see your shipment through, from foreign origin to domestic destination.

Ocean Imports

Our team of experts knows the ins and outs of the ocean import industry. TOC holds direct service contracts with the seven largest global ocean carriers, as well as many smaller niche carriers. This gives vessel access to all three alliances, and virtually every route and string out there. When it comes to such an important mode of transportation, it’s important to get every detail right. We’ll manage land side routing by rail and/or truck as needed. Our in-house customs brokerage department can preclear your cargo prior to arrival to the port, which helps ensure there are no delays in submitting your entry to customs for clearance.  Plus, with our detailed shipment load planning, you’ll be sure that your ocean cargo is packed safely and efficiently, so you save money while getting the job done.
